New Store Opening in Soho!
We’re expanding in NYC with a new store opening in Soho, and we’re looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to help us grow and lead the charge. You’ll train at our Flatiron location before playing a key role in opening and managing the new Soho store. If you’re passionate about retail operations, hospitality, building a positive team culture, and quality footwear, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
Ensure Smooth Daily Operations:
Coordinate operations on and off the floor to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient team workflow.Assess and address the needs of the business, team, and guests by staying actively engaged on the retail floor. Partner with the Store Manager to review budgets and key business metrics, using data to inform planning and decision-making.
Manage Inventory and Organize Space:
Ensure stock accuracy, manage restocks, and maintain seamless inventory flow between the stockroom and sales floor. Keep the space well-organized to optimize operations and enhance the customer shopping experience
Foster Customer Hospitality:
Deliver a top-tier guest experience that reflects Thursday Boot Company's values and showcases the craftsmanship of our products. Engage customers warmly, address concerns with patience, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Lead by example in setting the standard for customer interactions.
Lead and Mentor the Team:
Cultivate a knowledgeable, high-performing team by ensuring they are equipped with the product expertise and tools necessary to meet operational demands and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Proactively address any gaps in performance, providing coaching and training to maintain strong team dynamics and smooth daily operations.
Be a Product Expert:
Master our product knowledge, from craftsmanship to materials, and ensure your team has the same expertise. Confidently answer customer questions and offer personalized suggestions to enhance their experience.
